Self-assessment
While a comprehensive cognitive assessment should ideally be conducted by a healthcare professional or neuropsychologist, there are some simple cognitive tests and exercises you can try at home to get a general sense of your cognitive function. These tests are not diagnostic but can give you a rough idea of your cognitive abilities. MoCA XpressO is such a tool and can be performed on this website, or can be downloaded from the app-store, both Apple App Store and Google Play.
